NS*RADIO BROADCASTS OF THE BOAT
This is a fictional radio show about the daily life of the crew and guests on the luxury cruise liner, the U.S.S. Marine Aquatic Water Vessel.
The Boat was billed as "The First Reality Radio Show...Ever." That, of course, was a complete lie, but it sounded good so we ran with it. As short lived as the show was, lasting about 12 episodes, it was immensely entertaining to write for and perform.
John, Brayton and I usually worked out a treatment a few nights before each airing. During song and commercial breaks while performing, we scribbled down notes on how we could fine tune the generally broad treatments. Below are a few of the episodes I was lucky enough to have recorded and saved.
